Kim Kardashian recently brushed off the drama surrounding her latest lawsuit as she modeled a skimpy bikini in the Bahamas. The 44-year-old reality star, who is being sued for defamation by a Morgan Stanley worker after mistakenly identifying him as a death row double murderer, showcased her curves in a zebra print two-piece.

Kardashian flashed her cleavage and tiny waist in a revealing top, while highlighting her shapely hips in tie-side bikini bottoms. She opted for natural-looking makeup and wore her hair in damp waves as she posed with some coconuts.

This relaxed beach shoot came just a day after the lawsuit was filed against her. In February, she shared a picture on social media of a man identified as Ivan Cantu, a 60-year-old project manager from Westchester, seemingly attempting to raise awareness about a Texas death row inmate of the same name, executed for double murder shortly after her post.

Now, lawyers for the innocent Cantu have filed a lawsuit against Kardashian for libel and slander, claiming she caused him significant emotional distress. Cantu’s attorney, Greg Sobo, pointed out that Kardashian had over 350 million followers on Instagram when she made the defamatory post.

The lawsuit argues that defamation involves a false statement harming someone’s reputation and states that wrongly accusing someone of murder is one of the worst ways to do so. Cantu’s lawyers assert that Kardashian’s actions were negligent and reckless.

Cantu has reportedly suffered from embarrassment, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress as a result of the post, with Sobo adding that he was also grieving a close family member at the time, which exacerbated his distress.

Despite the legal troubles, Kardashian struck seductive poses on the beach, showing off her hourglass figure and abs in the skimpy bikini, appearing stunning as she lay on the sand.
