Selena Gomez and Gracie Abrams have unveiled the music video for their new single, “Call Me When You Break Up.”
In the video, the duo captures moments with a front-facing iPhone camera, sharing intimate moments while singing about waiting for a call from a past love.
Gomez, 32, and Abrams, 25, deliver a heartfelt duet with sentimental lyrics set against an upbeat pop melody. Released on Thursday evening, the music video features the pair sporting matching brunette bobs and bright smiles.
Their lyrics express a longing for their exes, with phrases like “so meant for each other” and assurances that they are “always here” for their former flames.
This song marks the second release from Gomez and Benny Blanco’s upcoming joint album, “I Said I Love You First,” set to drop on March 21.
The video opens with Gomez filming herself on a king-size bed, dressed casually in a white tank top adorned with delicate black bows and pink pinstriped pajama shorts. Her brunette bob is styled with a soft C-curl, and her bangs are pinned back with white clips.
As she expresses herself through song and gestures, she showcases an impressive ring on her finger, complemented by dainty pave hoop earrings and layered gold and black velvet chokers.
When Abrams begins her verse, Gomez hands the camera to her. Abrams sings, “We’re so meant for each other, I mean, God, when will you wake up, wake up?” She also dons cozy attire, with rosy pink makeup reminiscent of Gomez’s look. Her outfit includes a peachy-pink zip-up hoodie over a white lace top and black pants.
