It appears that LeBron James is making the most of his unexpected vacation time.
On Thursday, the 37-year-old NBA superstar shared a montage of footage from a family getaway in the Maldives on Instagram. “Hello, Life…” he expressed, conveying his gratitude. The videos, captured by James, featured prayer hands and a king’s crown emoji.
He seemed to be staying at the Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru, a luxurious destination in the Indian Ocean, known for its water suites, beachfront villas, and stunning amenities.
James documented enjoyable moments, including boat journeys, bike rides, beach strolls, breathtaking sunsets, and opulent dinners. The highlight reel was set to the song “To THE Moon” by J. Choi and Sam Tompkins.
TMZ reported that James’s extravagant vacation included his wife Savannah, confidant Ernie Ramos, his spouse DJ Bamboozle, and Farah Leff, COO of Klutch Sports.
Savannah, who co-produces with James their 17-year-old son LeBron “Bronny” Jr., 14-year-old Bryce, and 7-year-old daughter Zhuri, also shared a video from their retreat. The clip was captioned, “The Maldives owes me nothing!” along with the hashtag ‘BaaAtollMaldives.’
This family getaway highlights the importance of togetherness, even amidst the demands of a high-profile career.
