The singer has sold his three-bedroom, three-bath residence located in Atlanta’s northwest. Reports indicate that Mychal Jaymes represented the buyer in a $775k purchase. Usher initially listed the home about a year and a half ago after buying it for $970,000 in June 2007.

The 2,908 square foot property features a stunning rooftop deck, and the new owner benefited from a discount due to its proximity to Mercedes-Benz Stadium, home of the Atlanta Falcons.

Usher has had a busy year in the real estate market; in November of last year, he sold his condo on the Sunset Strip. Additionally, he sold his seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion in Alpharetta, Georgia, back in August.
