The 51-year-old actor from The Notebook was spotted looking youthful while enjoying a stroll with his 26-year-old girlfriend and Frederique Brons after a casual lunch date. The couple kept it relaxed, donning jeans and trainers, with James completing his laid-back look with a cream hoodie and a backwards baseball cap as he held his girlfriend’s hand.

The pair has reportedly been linked since October 2023, following James’s rumored split from model Kelsey Merritt. Despite his high-profile career, James has often kept his personal life private.

The Enchanted and Dead To Me actor was previously married to Lisa Linde, best known for her roles in Pacific Blue and Days of Our Lives. The two married in 2000, had two children—Jack, now 22, and Mary, 19—and parted ways in 2011. At the time, a representative for James told People: “This was a mutual decision. They are committed to raising their kids together and remain great friends.”

James also shares a 10-year-old son, William, with his ex, Brazilian model Rose Costa.
