Gaga also urged her Little Monsters to make their voices heard by saying, “Register to vote at www.headcount.org,” using her influential platform.

In the video, she showcases a striking black eyeliner look while lip-syncing to a TikTok voiceover that states, “I don’t have to find an aesthetic. I have aesthetic sensibilities.
