A six-bedroom property in Moraga Estates, formerly home to a Los Angeles Lakers player, is now on the market for $14.5 million. This 10,000 square-foot residence is listed by Compass agent Nancy Ellin. The property features six bedrooms, an indoor basketball court, and a locker room adorned with autographs from renowned NBA players.

Ellin purchased the home in 2004 and has since renovated it with upscale enhancements. She shared with Mansion Global that the home has undergone a complete refurbishment, featuring top-of-the-line appliances, marble finishes, custom cabinetry, and Moroccan/Spanish design elements inspired by her travels. “It is a very special place to live and the ideal location for celebrations,” she said. The grounds are equally impressive, boasting a pool, built-in barbecue, fire pit, and a spacious brick patio.

The entrance of the three-story house showcases a dramatic lobby with a grand staircase and handmade wide wood plank flooring throughout. An elegant formal dining room with custom built-ins and a silver leaf soffit ceiling is accessible from the first level.

Just a few steps away, the expansive living area connects to the family room, which features a wood-burning fireplace and a Moroccan-style seating rotunda. Nearby, a unique chef’s kitchen boasts marble counters, a seating island, and a butler’s pantry. The large breakfast area is surrounded by French doors that flood the space with natural light.

On the second floor, the spacious main suite includes a balcony, a sitting area, and a fireplace. The sleek, all-white master bathroom adds a touch of luxury, featuring a Jacuzzi tub and steam shower. The third level offers a sizable, fully equipped gym, three bunk beds for children, a guest bedroom, and a bathroom. As expected, the property includes a custom-built indoor basketball court, complete with a window for observing friends during games.
