Diddy has denied allegations that he is connected to rumors claiming that The Four: Battle for Stardom on Fox is at risk of cancellation due to his demand for $1 million per episode.

Fox executives are reportedly reluctant to renew the show, pointing to Diddy’s hefty compensation request and the low ratings from its second season, which premiered in June 2018. An insider revealed:

“Diddy was asked to reduce his rate, but he refused. Consequently, the show’s renewal is uncertain, although no final decision has been reached. Discussions have also considered the possibility of replacing other judges.”
