Travis Kelce was spotted arriving with his Chiefs teammates at Huntington Bank Field, gearing up for his highly anticipated homecoming game in Cleveland.
The superstar tight end, a native of Cleveland Heights, rarely gets the chance to play in his home state, with the Chiefs last visiting Ohio in 2019. This weekend, however, he arrived in style, sporting an all-white outfit ahead of the matchup against the Browns.
Attention has turned to whether his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, will join him, just two days after celebrating her 35th birthday. Speculation has been swirling about her attendance at her first Chiefs road game of the season, following her time with Kelce in Kansas City earlier in the week.
Until last week, Swift had been present at every Chiefs home game this year, but a scheduling conflict with the final weekend of her sold-out Eras Tour interrupted her streak. This weekend appears to be free for her, aside from birthday festivities, but it remains uncertain if she has traveled to Ohio to support Kelce.
No photos or videos of her birthday celebrations have surfaced, though Kelce did make a surprise appearance at the Chiefs’ Christmas party on Friday night. In a video shared on Instagram by Chiefs owner Clark Hunt’s daughter, Gracie, Kelce was seen on stage wearing a Santa hat, being honored for his charitable efforts off the field.
Last week, Kelce was nominated for the Walter Payton Man of the Year award, and during the festive gathering, he showcased his commitment to the Kansas City community. Dressed in black with a festive red hat, he received applause as Hunt praised him.
“He consistently uses his platform for good, so it’s my great honor to recognize Travis Kelce,” Hunt stated. “Since Travis came to Kansas City 12 years ago, he’s established himself as one of the greatest to wear the Chiefs jersey and one of the best tight ends in NFL history. But his impact off the field has been equally impressive,” he added, highlighting Kelce’s work with 87 & Running and Operation Breakthrough.
Kelce’s presence at the Chiefs party sparked curiosity about Swift’s whereabouts, as she had also been in the city earlier for her own charitable endeavors. In the Chiefs’ post about Kelce’s arrival on Sunday, they included a link for fans to vote for him to win the charity award.
