Wearing light gray sweatpants tucked into Puma underwear that protruded beyond the waist and a black Puma sports bra with a crisscrossed back, the 25-year-old singer showed off a little bit of skin. Gomez is a spokesmodel for the sportswear brand.

This past summer, she underwent a kidney transplant due to her lupus. She announced the news in September. At the time, E! News was told that Gomez was “slowly” going back to her regular workout routine, which included Pilates, yoga, and light weight training, and that she was “working with multiple doctors and nutritionists to get her health back on track.”
