Only a few days before Halloween, Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco made their first appearance together in costume on Saturday night.

The 36-year-old music producer and the 32-year-old singer began dating in the middle of 2023, but they didn’t make their relationship public until December of that year, following Halloween.

Now that their romance is thriving in the public view, Selena happily shared her and Benny’s coordinated Halloween ensembles.

In a cute album that was shared on Instagram, Selena was dressed as Alice in Wonderland, and Benny was dressed as the Mad Hatter.

In a few of the photos, Selena was seated on a sofa with her legs up, while Benny stood on top of the cushions next to her, sporting a crazy face that was appropriate for his persona.

Soon after the well-known gossip website DeuxMoi revealed a rumor that the former Disney Channel star “got engaged” earlier this month while “surrounded by friends at their usual beach house hang out,” Selena uploaded the photo.

More lately, though, she has been seen at events promoting her new film Emilia Perez with her left hand’s fourth finger naked.

Karla Sofía Gascón plays a cartel leader who poses as a woman in order to undergo a gender change in the Spanish-language comedy, which also stars Edgar Ramirez and Zoe Saldana. 

In public, Selena has called Benny the “love of my life” and revealed that she was the one who originally declared her love for him. 

After six months of covert dating, the Only Murders in the Building star and Benny went public in December 2023.

According to a source, Selena was “ready to settle down” earlier this year and believes she “has found the love of her life” in Benny.

He gives her a sense of security and contentment. The insider told Us Weekly, “They both believe they’ve found the one they’ll be with forever.”

She’sees this relationship going the distance,’ the insider continued, adding that her ‘friends and family’ are equally excited about the match.
