The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Southern California hosted the Bill of Rights Dinner at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills on Sunday night, where Selena Gomez dazzled with a dress of a brilliant copper tone.

The 27-year-old singer and actress was scheduled to give a presentation at the socially aware event, which included Chrissy Metz and Don Cheadle, among others.

With the shimmering dress that hung down to her ankles and had long sleeves, Selena looked stunning.

The garment featured a standout collar and was belted around her waist. It was covered in diagonal ribbed stripes.

Wearing black open-toe platform shoes, the 5ft5in star from Spring Breakers accentuated her height. 

Her dark hair was thrown over one shoulder, and she wore a seductive burgundy lip as her makeup.

Selena was invited to deliver at this year’s awards dinner.

She took pictures with singer-activist Justin Tranter on the red carpet. Tranter was receiving a Bill of Rights Award for his musical advocacy of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Don Cheadle, who has been a strong supporter of a variety of causes, including racial and gender equality, was one of the other prize recipients.

In a navy suit and a striped shirt embroidered with soft pink flowers, he exuded style.

Actress Brigid Coulter, who accompanied him, looked striking in her candy-colored, low-cut dress adorned in pictures from cartoons.
