In a video that Selena Gomez posted on her Instagram page on Thursday, she started crying.
The actress broke down in tears when a young fan described her as an inspiration to children everywhere, leading ‘generations with confidence, flair, and grace’.
The 32-year-old singer, actress, and businesswoman also said that on Thursday, October 10, World Mental Health Day, 100% of the proceeds from the sale of her makeup line, Rare Beauty, at Sephora would go toward supporting her Rare Impact Fund.
Selena stated on the post, “Every purchase of a Rare Beauty product will go towards expanding access to mental health resources and support for young people worldwide.”

Selena also discussed her mental health, pointing out that she often isolates herself, which she describes as “scary.”
In the video, which Selena included in her slideshow, a young fan introduces her. Selena tried not to cry.
The celebrity is seen in one photo holding up a Sephora bag with the label, “I made a Rare Impact.”
Selena rocked minimal makeup and looked stylish in a black top and white pants, emphasizing her amazing natural beauty.
According to the Rare Beauty website, Selena and her business, Rare Beauty, have pledged to increase kids access to mental health treatments and education through the Rare Impact Fund.
Additionally, the brand is raising $100 million for the fund, according to the website.
In a recent interview, Selena discussed her mental health as well and was asked what she does when she is having a rough day.
The celebrity, who received a bipolar disorder diagnosis in 2020, declared that she will talk to her friends and other “trustworthy” individuals.
It can be frightening at times to isolate oneself when I’m not feeling well. I have all of these ideas. However, Selena claimed on Page Six, “I always feel better and feel like I can say anything when I’m around those people.”
She added that although she doesn’t “want to call my therapist too much,” she does talk to her therapist when she is having mental lows.
Moreover, the actress revealed that she enjoys having conversations with her 11-year-old younger sister Gracie since she is “very sweet and innocent and she makes me feel very grounded.”
