Along with co-star Auli’i Cravalho, the voice actor of Moana 2 spoke with Entertainment Weekly recently about their impending follow-up. In response to a question regarding his party tricks, he revealed a talent he occasionally displays in “adult party” settings with the aid of a little liquid bravery.

“I have this thing where I pick up a grape with tequila. Johnson, 52, joked, “Not with my hands, not with my feet, not even with my mouth,” as shown in a video posted by EW on Thursday, September 12.Moana 2' star Dwayne Johnson reveals his impressive party trick
The former professional wrestler and actor continued to jest, “My publicist is like, ‘Please, God, don’t say anything,’ right now as laughter could be heard in the background. Please don’t.”

After revealing what he would do at “a party for little kids,” which is obviously very different and actually features his famed Moana character, Maui, Johnson joked about having a secret ability.

“I may change to become Maui. They all begin to assemble around,” he remarked, breaking into a rendition of “You’re Welcome,” a hit song from the film, as Maui: “I know it’s a lot, the hair, the bod, when you’re staring at a demigod!”

“When I bounce my pecs, the kids get really excited.” It’s fantastic!” Johnson continued, executing the motion.

Cravalho, 23, has a few party tricks up her “theater-girlie” sleeve, one of which is “belting out a showtune like that and sounding damn good”.

The actress and singer remarked, “That sounded worse than it was!” as she stretched her wrists further, adding, “I’m also incredibly limber.”

Eight years after the first movie caused a stir when it debuted in theatres, Moana 2 follows the title island princess on a new journey with the aid of Maui.

“Starts off with Maui getting himself in trouble as he typically does,” Johnson said in an interview with EW for the publication’s Moana 2 cover story.

However, according to Cravalho, Maui and Moana are “much more comrades” now.

“There isn’t as much of a hierarchy and power between demi-god and human,” she stated. “He trusts her to make large decisions, and she trusts Maui to listen to her.”

On November 27, Moana 2 opens in theatres.
