After a quiet and tough two years, Selena Gomez is dancing again.
Just a week before the release of her sixth studio album, Rare, the 27-year-old is eager to make 2020 greater than years before.
She took to Instagram on Friday to hype up her upcoming release and share some final glimpses during her Hawaiian New Years holiday.
In the first of her series of two posts, the former Disney actress uploaded a snapshot laying down on a bed.
Gazing at the camera, she retained a straight face, with strong and fluffy lashes.
‘Feels so amazing to dance again #7DaysToRare’ she added in the caption hinting at her albums Friday January 10 release.
The photo seems as if it may appear in her album’s booklet.
She first offered fans a glance at the album art work in a brief video shared to her social media on December 13.
Along with the white cover, the movie faded into a big mosaic of previously private pictures throughout her life.
Selena has been ringing in the New Year with a Hawaiian vacation aboard a private yacht.
The former Wizards of Waverly Place star posed on the edge of the boat as the sun sank behind her.
‘Hi New Year. Let’s make this one better than the rest,’ she stated in the caption.
The two singles, Look at Her Now and Lose You to Love Me, released by Rare both appear to reflect moving on from a breakup.
She was in an off and on romance with Justin Bieber from 2010 to 2018, just months before he married Hailey Baldwin.
It has not been an easy few months for Selena as she reportedly experienced a ‘panic attack’ before entering the stage at the American Music Awards back in November over two years since her last public performance.
The diva was ‘putting a lot of pressure on herself’ ahead of her return to the stage as the opener of the performance at the Microsoft Theater on Sunday night, according to E! News.
‘Selena obviously had anxiety and a panic attack before she went out and was putting a lot of pressure on herself,’ an insider stated.
