On Friday, Selena Gomez said that she was “so honoured” to be a part of Britney Spears’ wedding day.

Following the wedding, the 29-year-old singer revealed her pleasure on Instagram by sharing a group photo of herself with Madonna, Drew Barrymore, Paris Hilton, and Donatella Versace.

 

Britney, 40, dazzled in a sweeping Versace gown on the opulent day of her wedding to partner Sam Asghari, her companion of five years, in her Thousand Oaks home.

The Naturally hitmaker looked amazing in a strapless blue jumpsuit that accentuated her amazing body. She wore the outfit with a jacket that matched.

Britney, meanwhile, raved that Selena was “way prettier in person, if that’s even possible” in her post about the wedding. 

Following the great day on Friday, Britney shared with Sam the behind-the-scenes photos from her wedding.

The pop star shared a few photos from the couple’s celebration and said she experienced a “panic attack” and felt “nervous” before marrying 28-year-old Sam in an opulent ceremony at her Thousand Oaks, California, home.

I was somewhat anxious throughout the morning, but around 2:00 pm, it finally hit me. WE’RE MARRYING EACH OTHER! The celebrity wrote on Instagram, “I had a panic attack and then got it together.” The post was quite lengthy.

“Whoa!!!” Holy, holy, crap, please! WE Achieved It! WE MARRIED! Gggggeeeeezzzzz! She began her caption, saying, “It was the most spectacular day!!!”.

“The team that turned our house into an actual dream castle was amazing!!!” The celebration was even more amazing as the ceremony! Spears continued.

After that, the singer raved over all of her A-list wedding guests, saying, “I’m still in shock that so many incredible people came to our wedding!!!” Both my gal crush, @drewbarrymore, and @selenagomez—who, incidentally, is far more gorgeous in person—came!!! 

The celebrity also talked about her notorious kiss with the 63-year-old Madonna, adding, “I was speechless.” I gave @madonna another kiss, and @ParisHilton and I danced into the night. 

She went on to express her gratitude to 67-year-old Italian fashion designer Donatella Versace for creating the bridal gown that made her feel “so beautiful.”

The Womaniser hitmaker concluded her message with a humorous look back at last night’s events, and she thanked her jewellery and makeup teams.

I believe that at least twice on the dance floor, we all fell! Come on, we were all VOGUING, she said in jest. 

Spears declared her love for her new spouse as she closed the caption: “@SamAsghari, you have my love!”

Ansel Elgort, Maria Menounos, Kathy Hilton, and Britney’s superstar lawyer Mathew Rosengart were among the other well-known figures in attendance at the party. 

Paris, 41, left a brief remark on the photo, saying, “Sis, I love you so much!” I’m really glad for you! What a stunning bride!  

The stunning woman had earlier in the day shared some of her favourite wedding photos, which included a passionate picture of her and Sam sharing a kiss on a balcony covered in a sea of pink and white flowers. 

The pair at the altar, which was likewise composed of exquisite pink and cream floral arrangements, was captured in another charming picture. 

Britney also shared a picture of the gorgeous pink tent at her $7 million California mansion, where they were married, and the Cinderella-style horse-drawn carriage that was spotted waiting for the newlyweds outside her house. 

The singer’s estranged parents Jamie Spears, Lynne Spears, and sister Jamie Lynn Spears did not show up for the third wedding ceremony.

Her boys, Jayden James, 15, and Sean Preston, 16, whom she shares with her 44-year-old second ex-husband, were also absent.

People said that the bride ‘walked herself down the aisle’ without the presence of her estranged father and her two sons. A wedding insider claims that the bride was moved to tears of joy at multiple points during the ceremony.
