And on Saturday night, at Taylor’s Reputation Tour in Pasadena, California, the September hitmaker, 28, shocked fans by inviting her best friend Selena Gomez to play her hit song, Hands to Myself, which is currently number one on the charts.

The Ready for It singer, who attracted attention for her snake-print bodysuit, continued to be a celebrity as she and her close friend, 25, put on a fantastic performance.

With her hair fashioned in her trademark loose waves, the Pennsylvania native paired her striking appearance with a bold red lip colour.

Selena demonstrated that the couple’s bond remained strong by dressing in a strapless jumpsuit that was adorned with the same glossy material as Taylor’s jacket.

The former Disney star upped the ante in the accessory arena with gold twin choker necklaces and enormous hooped earrings to make sure all eyes were on her.

With her nude lipstick and smouldering smokey eye, which went flawlessly with her wavy haircut, the Spring Breakers looked amazing.

The brunette bombshell gushed, “The reason she has been one of my best friends is because this person has never, ever judged a single decision I’ve made,” during the program in honour of their admirable friendship.

“But really, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for supporting someone who I know to be the most beautiful, strong, independent woman I’ve ever met,” Selena went on. I’m grateful that you’ve stood by my closest friend.
