Kim Kardashian’s skincare and beauty line, SKKN, is launching new lip glosses.

The 43-year-old celebrity posted a video of herself sitting in a field applying lip gloss.

Her sister Kylie Jenner, 26, released a comparable product for her Kylie Cosmetics brand barely a month prior to the release of her new offering.

The celebrity mentioned that the lip gloss will be available on June 21 and that it adds shine and is buildable.

On the 21st, her highlighter will also be available. 

She launched her hugely successful brand Skims - for loungewear, shapewear and now swimwear - in 2019 and since then, it has doubled in value to a whopping $3.2 billion

Kylie debuted and introduced her lip glosses for her Kylie Cosmetics brand last month.

May 21 marked the launching of Kylie’s lip gloss, Supple Kiss Lip Glaze.

On Tuesday, June 21, 2022, Kim debuted her brand-new skincare line, SKKN by Kim.

On January 26, 2024, she relaunched her makeup line under the SKKN brand.

With plans to relaunch under a new umbrella brand, the mother of four closed her makeup business KKW Beauty in August 2021 and her perfume brand KKW Fragrance on May 1, 2022. 

At the time, Kim made it clear that she had rebranded her cosmetics and fragrance brands with the needs of her customers in mind, not because she and Kanye West had broken up.

The entrepreneur said that the reason behind everything was her displeasure with the customer’s requirement to pay shipping fees at three separate websites: KKW Fragrance, KKW Beauty, and a skin care brand that eventually turned out to be SKKN.
