In her birthplace Barbados, Rihanna is regarded as a royalty. And yesterday, for the first time since becoming a mother of two, the Fenty mogul showed out to the yearly Crop Over Festival dressed as such.
At the Kadooment Day Parade, which took place in St. Michael, a beachfront city on a Caribbean island, Rihanna flaunted her curves. Rihanna’s entire body was encircled by her bejewelled bikini, which began at her neck and ended at her vine-inspired Gianvito Rossi shoes. The businesswoman added a tonne of body glitter to her naked bodysuit, which was adorned with lavish gold and bronze jewellery. But it was her seven-tiered headpiece and matching feather wings that really elevated Rihanna’s appearance to that of a royal. The same jewels that adorned Rihanna’s gown also adorned her headpiece. Her angel wings were plumes of orange, pink, yellow, and red feathers, which were said to have been inspired by a sunset in Barbados.
The celebrity was spotted on Monday at the celebration, which signifies the conclusion of the sugar cane harvest, with pals and the upcoming Nigerian musician Ayra Starr. The biggest and last event of the Crop Over Festival is the Kadooment Day Parade.
