Taylor Swift shows up for her friends!
The 34-year-old megastar came out in support of her close friend Cara Delevingne, who is wrapping up her months-long engagement at London’s Cabaret.
Swift visited London’s Kit Kat Club at the Playhouse Theatre in the West End on Friday, May 31, to watch Delevingne, 31, assume the character of Sally Bowles, a club singer who was made famous by Liza Minnelli in the 1972 film Cabaret.

Swift fans were agog that earlier on Friday, Swift had travelled to London to see Delevingne, and Kit Kat Club’s head of marketing, Arthur Jones, verified the rumours in a post on X (previously Twitter) after the show.
“Taylor Swift? Was giving Cara Delevingne support? In the Cabaret? One admirer exclaimed, “TONIGHT?!!” to which Jones responded, “Can confirm.” A unique evening.
When a different fan inquired about whether the “Anti-Hero” singer had stayed for the entire show, Jones responded with a straightforward “Yes.”
Later, Delevingne shared pictures from her run, one of which featured an embrace between the two of them.
Delevingne becomes the first Sally Bowles to appear on stage since Rebecca Frecknall and Tom Hughes’ critically acclaimed version of Cabaret debuted in London on March 11, 2021. On Saturday, June 1, the Carnival Row star is scheduled to conclude her participation in the event, according per the Kit Kat Club website.
Since becoming friends years ago, Swift and Delevingne have been frequently sighted hanging around. Delevingne went to a Kansas City Chiefs game in Buffalo, New York, in January of this year, while Swift supported her boyfriend, Travis Kelce. From a suite at Highmark Stadium, the couple enjoyed the football action alongside Travis’s parents, Donna and Ed Kelce, as well as his older brother, Jason, and his wife, Kylie.

“I’m so, so happy for her,” Delevingne told E! News at the 2023 Las Vegas Grand Prix, expressing her support for the relationship after the Eras Tour artist started dating Travis last year.
She continued, “There’s definitely something very different about Swift and Travis.” “I always support my girl,”
In recent months, the two buddies were also seen out on the town together. then enjoyed a girls’ night out with Zoë Kravitz, Sophie Turner, Selena Gomez, and Gigi Hadid in December, and then went out for another star-studded meal with Gomez, Gigi Hadid, and Brittany Mahomes in November.
Over the years, the actress and singer of “Fortnight” have also helped one other’s careers. Delevingne appeared in Swift’s “Bad Blood” music video in 2015 as “Mother Chucker.”
The actor from The Only Murders in the Building previously discussed her experience performing in a musical for Cabaret, saying in an April Harper’s Bazaar interview that she “didn’t know that I could play Sally, let alone wanted to, until the opportunity arose.”
Speaking about her character development for the production, she went on, “I have found myself more drawn to tenacious but very flawed characters in theatre than in movies.” “I think I can channel all of my suffering and anxiety into the performance. She possesses an abundance of layers. She may be incredibly strong, but my goodness, she is weak and shattered. The worst thing of all is that she is a child—a small girl. I [recognise] myself in that, for sure.
Regarding her time spent working on the West End production, she continued, “I have never learned so much, or grown so much.” “By doing this job, I am taking away so many amazing, valuable things that you cannot get, or even pay for.”
