Another day, another incredible cheat dinner from Dwayne Johnson.

In a Sunday Instagram picture, the 49-year-old star of Jungle Cruise shared a behind-the-scenes glimpse at his hearty meal. Johnson gorged himself on a platter full of sirloin steak, egg whites, porridge, papaya and peanut butter and jelly English muffins while taking in a ‘6am Sunday morning Hawaiian sunrise’.

“Power and vigour breakfast prior to exercise. I need the extra carbohydrates, lipids, and a little sugar to maximise my workout because I’m training legs this morning,” he wrote in the post.

I cannot express how calming and introspective these silent island ocean sunrise times have been for me. given me incredible clarity in my life, career, etc. “Mana has great power,” he said. “Cheat meals and have a great Sunday!

Johnson coupled his meal with ZOA, an energy drink, his most recent food-related business venture, to wash it all down.

It gives us great pleasure to present @zoaenergy to you, ladies and gentlemen. The Rock posted a video on social media last year presenting ZOA to the globe with the tagline, “The first of its kind, CLEAN & HEALTHY energy drink that champions the everyday warriors in all of us.”

The former professional wrestler is well-known for encouraging people to enjoy their own cheat days and not take their diets too seriously by posting pictures of his amazing cheat meals on social media.

Johnson posted a video of another delectable cheat dinner on Friday. It included two double cheeseburgers with bacon, avocado, and fries along with Teremana tequila, which is also owned by the Moana actress.

The celebrity said, “Well, it’s Wednesday, and I just got a big case, a big Wednesday case of the f—its.”

He told his internet followers, “I decided it was cheat meal time, which is usually always reserved for Sundays.” As someone who has dealt with their “f— its” for a long time in many facets of their life, I can honestly say that nothing makes me feel better than a massive, powerful, self-assured, magnificent case of the f— its.

“My friends, enjoy your f— it,” the celebrity urged his followers.

Johnson can indulge his sweet taste with his cheat meals. He posted a picture of himself making French toast last week, grinning from ear to ear.
