When Taylor Swift took the stage for her Eras Tour stop in Lyon, France on Sunday, she ignored the wet weather and momentarily stopped the performance to assist a fan in the audience.
The 34-year-old hitmaker from Bad Blood, whose boyfriend Travis Kelce was asked directly when he was going to pop the question, is also scheduled to appear at Groupama Stadium on Monday, June 3 as part of her global tour.
Swift was seen sitting at a piano during the weekend performance, but she interrupted herself when she saw that someone close to the stage seemed like they needed help.
Taylor addressed the microphone in a video that TMZ was able to grab from a concertgoer, asking if she needed assistance. Yes? and then requests that security come over to the fan, saying “S’il Vous Plaît” in a kind manner.
She said, “Thank you,” in English, as she held out her arm to indicate the direction where the fan was. Could someone please move to the right in the front?
Taylor carried up with the concert when the Swiftie in the packed stadium received help.
Throughout her performances, the Grammy winner wore a variety of outfits, such as a form-fitting, Atelier Versace bodysuit adorned with blue and gold rhinestones that glistened in the intense stage lighting.
She changed into a pair of knee-high boots that matched the colour scheme with glittering gold and silver accents.
Her golden hair fell in a natural parting down the middle, revealing her fringe which rested lightly above her forehead.
Swift added a bold pop of colour to the ensemble with a large, gold-chained necklace as an accessory.
For the major show, the star’s cosmetics was glammed up, including her distinctive red lip tint.
Later, Taylor wore a black, one-shoulder Roberto Cavalli catsuit that completely exposed her right leg and had red, snake-like motifs embroidered on the leather material.
She sang hit songs during her Reputation set, finishing the edgy look with a pair of black, high ankle boots.
Swift’s long hair was drenched as a strong downpour soaked the sold-out audience and the stage as she performed.
The singer, nevertheless, seemed unfazed by the threatening weather and carried on performing and dancing for the enthusiastic audience.
Later, after the short rainstorm, she was spotted grinning broadly as she changed into her Folklore set, her blonde hair still wet from the rain.
The Grammy-winning musician chose a green Alberta Ferretti gown with embroidered patterns of leaves and a sheer cutout on the front that dipped towards the floor.
The Love Story singer donned a gold-tasseled sleeveless dress by Roberto Cavalli before the rain started.
During the star’s Fearless act, the beauty slid into a pair of shimmering, gold boots that almost reached her knees.
As Taylor strolled around the large platform, she was seen holding a microphone in her hand.
Swift dazzled during her Speak Now performance wearing a shimmering, gold Nicole + Felicia ballgown held up by straps that around her shoulders.
As she walked around the stage, the celebrity lifted her long skirt just a little bit to show off her open-toed, nude heels.
In an effort to make herself feel more at ease, the singer also changed into a white, short-sleeved blouse with the words “I Knew U Were Trouble” printed on it.
Swift also rejoiced that her most recent album, The Tortured Poets Department, had been at the top of the Billboard 200 chart for six consecutive weeks, according to Billboard.
Beginning on May 30 and lasting through just this past week, the star’s eleventh album sold 175,000 equivalent album units.
Additionally, it is the first album since Morgan Wallen’s 2023 album One Thing At A Time to top the charts for the first six weeks.
On April 19, TTPD was officially launched. For Swifties, it was expanded into a double album. Among the songs is Fortnight, which also features Post Malone, another vocalist.
Taylor will spend three days in Edinburgh later next week as part of the Eras Tour after her stay in Lyon, France.
