It’s safe to say that Taylor Swift’s performance with Haim surprised London’s O2 Arena and that the Swifties are anything but composed.

The American pop queen has been maintaining a somewhat low profile recently, and we can’t say that we blame her for relishing in her downtime after the success of her lockdown albums and reissues of her back repertoire.

Taylor Swift Joins Haim Onstage in London for Surprise Mashup: 'Would You Sing with Us?'

Fans were treated to precisely that on Thursday night when they arrived to witness what they initially believed to be just a Haim show in the capital. However, in true T Swizzlе style, she always appears when you least expect it.

After an incredible set at Glastonbury Festival, the three sisters—Estee, Danielle, and Alana—returned to the UK and are currently touring with One More Haim.

When the Blank Space hitmaker emerged to perform a killer mash-up of Haim’s hit song Gasolinе and Taylor’s country song Love Story, the audience naturally broke into screams.

“You guys, we’re in London, so we can’t perform there without bringing out a special guest,” the sisters began to tease.

The Haim sisters wore their iconic black bikini tops and bottoms, and the foursome looked absurdly stylish in matching black attire.

Conversely, Taylor opted for a black crop top and high-waisted leather pants, appearing like the epitome of rock chic.

She pulled her hair back into a braid and, naturally, wore her iconic red lip.

Following their performance and prior to departing the stage, the friends shared a cute group hug, with Taylor beaming from ear to ear as she said goodbye to her fans.

Taylor recently uploaded a humorous video to her TikTok account that appeared to show the singers getting ready to perform.

She made light of the fact that she was imitating their clothes by putting a kid’s copycat song in the backdrop.

Oh no, this is by no means the first time the Haim trio has performed with Taylor; in fact, they have been friends for a very long time.

Estée, Danielle, and Alana did, in fact, accompany Taylor as special guests on her 1989 Tour in 2014, and they also worked with Nellie on a rendition of Hot in Houston.

Haim additionally appears on background vocals in the song “No Body, No Crime” from Taylor’s Grammy-winning album Folklore, with a particular mention of “Estee” in the lyrics.

Inspired by her love for red thrillers, Taylor sings, “This is a friend of mine, we get together every Tuesday night for dinner and a glass of wine.”
