Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce looked very happy as they spent a romantic day on the water at Lake Como, Italy, this week. They were there during a break in Swift’s European part of her The Eras Tour.
Both 34 years old, the famous singer and the Kansas City Chiefs star were seen having a romantic dinner by candlelight in a €20,000-a-night villa at the five-star Grand Hotel Tremezzo. They were also seen kissing while cuddling up on a water taxi.
Taylor looked into her boyfriend’s eyes with love as he put his arm around her. They then kissed, and Taylor stroked Travis’ face.
It was stunning when Travis helped the “So High School” singer get off the boat. She wore a tight black dress with gold jewelry and a tan trench coat.
The NFL star looked great in a black-and-white striped shirt and black pants.
Travis, always the gentleman, was seen putting an umbrella over Taylor’s head as she got on the boat.
The star will start her tour again at Friends Arena in Stockholm, Sweden, on May 17, 18, and 19.
Travis flew to Europe with his girlfriend to see her on tour. Last week, he was seen dancing with Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper at one of Hadid’s shows in Paris.
It was seen that Taylor blew kisses at her boyfriend, who was in a VIP box, while she played the song “So High School,” which is about how their relationship is growing.
On Wednesday’s episode of the New Heights show, the Kansas City Chiefs player talked to Jason Kelce about his trip across the pond.
He raved, “I had a great time at Tay’s show, the new version of the Eras Tour. I really think everyone should go see it.”
“It has some of her new songs from the Tortured Poets Department in the new show,” he said. “That means there’s a new segment, new lights, new dancing, new everything’.
“It’s unbelievable, and I loved every minute of it.”
Later, the tight end explained why he was okay with filming his girlfriend’s act with the flash on. Jason called it a “Ed Kelce move,” which is a reference to the boys’ dad.
You know, the camera is set up so that if it gets dark, the flash will turn on by itself. “I don’t get it. I was just trying to get a good video to remember good times,” he laughed.
“It was electric in there… I don’t know if the shows are getting better or if I just forget how they are.” That group of people looks like they’re having a great time up there.
Swift went to almost all of the Chiefs games last season to support the three-time Super Bowl winner, who started dating her last summer. He has been to a number of Eras Tour shows since then.
The romantic date comes after Butker, 28, a Kansas City Chiefs star, got a lot of hate from Swift fans for using her words in his controversial commencement speech.
That speech, which Butker gave at Benedictine College on May 11, was criticized right away for being mean to women, the LGBTQ+ community, and US President Joe Biden for backing abortion.
Before quoting Swift’s 2022 song “Bejeweled,” Butker talked about her friendship with his teammate Kelce without naming the 14-time Grammy winner.
As the girlfriend of one of my teammates says, “Familiarity breeds contempt,” Butker told the grads. Swifties quickly went on social media to call Butker out for his message after hearing about it.
One person on X asked, “Who’s going to tell Harrison Butker you can’t quote Taylor Swift when you’re being.’
‘It’s disgusting that Harrison Butker, who plays the Chiefs, was this sexist AND used a Taylor Swift song to make his point that women should stay at home and have babies,’ said a third.
Butker was always honest about his strict Catholic beliefs. He urged that women should not work but stay at home and raise their kids. He also told the male kids, “Don’t feel bad about being a man.”
His 20-minute speech began, “For the ladies here today, congratulations on an amazing accomplishment.” “I’d like to talk to you directly because I believe that you women have been told the worst lies.” How many of you are sitting here, about to cross this stage, and thinking about all the job raises and titles you’ll get?
“Some of you may go on to have successful careers, but I think most of you are most excited about getting married and having kids.”
Butker also said that his wife Isabelle “would be the first to say that her life really began when she began to do her job as a wife and mother.” He then said nice things about his partner for “taking on one of the most important roles of all: homemaker.”
His message to the male grads was clear: “Fight against the cultural emasculation of men.” “This lie that men are not needed in the home or in our communities is part of what’s wrong with our society.” As men, we set the tone for the society. When that tone is missing, disorder, dysfunction, and chaos happen.
Swift and Kelce haven’t said anything about the heated speech.
