Travis Kelce may have given Taylor Swift some ideas for how to dance on tour. At least, that’s what her fans think after seeing videos of her dancing in Paris.
Since September, Swift has been dating Chiefs star Kelce in public. It is thought that she has already dedicated a few songs on her new record to the tight end.
Now, it looks like she’s also copying some of his touchdown dances because videos of her moves side-by-side with Kelce’s on X are very similar.
The moves happened during the song “So High School,” which has lyrics like “I feel like laughin’ in the middle of practice” and “I wanna find you in a crowd…” that are clearly about Kelce.
During the song, Swift and her dancers seemed to copy some of Kelce’s signature touchdown gestures, such as an arm-roll.
Many of her fans were sure it wasn’t an accident. One wrote, “Taylor did the so high school choreography with Travis I [swear to god].”
For another impressive side-by-side video, someone wrote, “I wonder where she got that move from.”
These are not the only stage references to Kelce and the Chiefs in the last few months.
She and her dancers “swag surfed” earlier this week, which is a move that Chiefs fans do at Arrowhead Stadium. They were also singing “So High School.”
The Chiefs Kingdom did the move with her during their January playoff win over the Dolphins, which she will never forget.
One TikTok user previously pointed out that Swift uses her arms to make it look like she’s shooting off a fake bow and arrow during her performance of “The Archer” on tour. Travis has also done this as a touchdown celebration.
The singer no longer plays The Archer, though, as part of her setlist.
An interesting fact is that one of Swift’s backup dancers is Kameron Saunders, who is the brother of former Chief Khalen Saunders.
Swift’s first show since taking a two-month break from her record-breaking tour was on Thursday in Paris.
