Taylor Swift appeared at the Paris La Defense Arena in France on Thursday. She looked stunning in a bright orange bodysuit.
The 34-year-old global superstar opened the much-anticipated show in style. It was the first stop on the European part of her Eras Tour.
She put on her usual high-energy show with all the stops pulled out. The show had new outfits, a shorter set list, and maybe the start of a new era since her new album The Tortured Poets Department came out two weeks ago.
As she sang “Red Era,” Taylor looked stunning in the orange and pink costume with jewels. She wore it with knee-high boots that matched.
The Cruel Summer singer wore a chunky gold chain necklace and a bright red lipstick for the occasion. She let her blonde hair hang loose.
She seemed happy as she put on the big show for the crowd and sang into her bright blue microphone.
She wore her new outfit while singing her 2012 hits, “I Knew You Were Trouble” and “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together.”
Later, the star wore a sparkly red coat that was too big on her over the dress when her backup dancers joined her on stage to perform her 2019 song “The Man.”
Fans liked how Taylor changed clothes for each Era during the show. She then changed into a black and silver tasseled minidress.
She wore black knee-highs with sequins while she rocked out on her shiny silver guitar.
Taylor is going to play four huge shows at the Paris venue. After that, he is going to Stockholm, Lisbon, Madrid, and Lyon, and then he will be in the UK.
Travis Kelce, Taylor’s boyfriend, got ready to make his acting debut hours before the show aired. He was filming for the new Ryan Murphy horror show Grotesquerie.
On his way to set, the 34-year-old NFL star wore all white and held a script in his hand.
He looked like he had dyed his hair and beard black when he joined his co-stars for the show.
Niecy Nash-Betts, 54, was seen going to work in a figure-hugging black dress, and Courtney B. Vance was seen wearing a doctor’s outfit with a stethoscope.
Along with Kelce, who was just named host of “Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?,” Lesley Manville will also be involved.
Nash-Betts posted a video from the set to her Instagram. She had worked with Murphy before and won an Emmy for her part in Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story.
“Guys, can you guess who I’m working on Grotesquerie with here?” The actress teased, then panned over and showed Kelce.
“Jumping into new territory with Niecy!” the tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs said.
“We’re there!” Niecy-Betts added.
Kelce shared the video again on his Instagram story and wrote, “Steppin’ into a new world with one of the legends.”
Taylor’s enemy Kim Kardashian is one of the stars of Murphy’s newest American Horror Story movie, Delicate.
Swift played Bombalurina in the terrible 2019 movie version of the show Cats, which got bad reviews and didn’t do well at the box office.
In 2010, Valentine’s Day, a romantic comedy, was her first movie. It also stars Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Taylor Lautner, and Bradley Cooper.
As an actress, she has also been in The Giver and done character work for the animated Dr. Seuss movie The Lorax.
A 2020 Netflix documentary called Miss Americana was made about the Lover singer. It had its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival last year.
Even though Cats got bad reviews, Taylor has said in the past that she has “no complaints” about being in it.
Taylor and Andrew Lloyd Webber were nominated for a Golden Globe for Best Original Song for their song “Beautiful Ghosts” from the movie. Taylor said at the time, “I’m happy to be here, happy to be nominated, and I had a really great time working on that weird-a** movie.”
Kelce’s first role as an actor was as a host on Saturday Night Live in March 2023. He was then cast in Grotesquerie. With his friendship with Taylor Swift bringing him a lot of attention, Kelce also had a cameo on Saturday Night Live in October with the 14-time Grammy winner.
The star quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs tried his hand at reality TV in 2016 with the one-season show “Catching Kelce.”
