At WWE WrestleMania XL on Saturday, The Rock made his official ring comeback after an 11-year hiatus, teaming up with Roman Reigns to defeat Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes. For months prior to the event, Rock was a main character on WWE television.

Rock gave an update on his health a little more than a week later.

Rock claimed that although he was not hurt during the match, he still felt hurt. He claimed to have gone through a 12-week training camp in order to ensure that his conditioning was top-notch for the fight.

Rollins, Rhodes, and Roman received praise from Rock, who dubbed Rollins the WrestleMania weekend’s MVP.

In addition, Rock stated that he was planning to attend the next WrestleMania, but that was a discussion until later.

On the evening of WrestleMania, The Rock approached Cody Rhodes, telling him their narrative wasn’t over, and giving him something.

“Smashing Machine” will be filmed by Rock in the upcoming weeks.
