A two-year-old girl with a neurological disease who is in the hospital begs Maui, played by Dakota Johnson in the animated film Moana, to sing the song “You’re Welcome” for her. Then he goes ahead and does the same.
In the video, he also discussed the importance of optimism and “mana” around children and how it influences them. He included information on Naomi, the young child who requested to hear Johnson perform the song, in the caption. The 51-year-old celebrity further guaranteed Noami that “Uncle Maoi” will perform the song for her at any time.
