Although The Queen’s Gambit star and the musician typically maintain a level of secrecy regarding their romantic relationship, they openly displayed affection by holding hands and sharing a kiss while being photographed at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California.

Anya donned a vibrant yellow Christian Dior gown for the occasion and enhanced her appearance with exquisite Tiffany & Co. jewellery. Meanwhile, Malcolm adorned himself in a black suit and completed his outfit with a scarf.

The couple were commemorating Anya’s nomination for Best Actress for her portrayal in the film The Menu. In her category, the 26-year-old actress was accompanied by Lesley Manville from “Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris,” Margot Robbie from “Babylon,” Emma Thompson from “Good Luck to You, Leo Grande,” and Michelle Yeoh from “Everything Everywhere All at Once.” Michelle Yeoh won the Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy award.

Anya received her third Golden Globe nomination during the award show. In 2021, she achieved victory in the category of Best Actress in a Limited Series, Anthology Series, or Television Motion Picture for her portrayal in The Queen’s Gambit. Additionally, she was nominated for the Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy award for her performance in Emma. These accolades were earned in the same year.
