Willem Dafoe receiving his star on the ‘Walk of Fame’ in Hollywood!

The first person to have their star unveiled on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2024 was actor Willem Dafoe.

“I can’t help but smile! This is fantastic,” Dafoe exclaimed.

Dafoe, who was visibly overjoyed to have his star unveiled on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Monday, was unable to contain his happiness.

Having starred in more than 150 movies throughout his career, Dafoe is well-known throughout the world for his bold and versatile acting. In addition, he has received four Oscar nominations.

Pedro Pascal and Patricia Arquette, two of his friends and fellow actors, attended the star unveiling ceremony with him. In addition, co-star of “Poor Things” just now Mark Ruffalo was present. He shared in Dafoe’s joy of getting “down and dirty” on the Walk of Fame for this momentous occasion for a young Appleton, Wisconsin native.

“It’s wonderful to be part of this community of artists and entertainers,” Dafoe added. “Those who can imagine other people’s viewpoints through sharing their own experiences and telling tales of what is, was, and most significantly, could be. They help us feel more connected to one another and closer.”

Currently playing in theaters is his most recent endeavor, “Poor Things,” which won two Golden Globes on Sunday night.
