Nobody looks better in a high-waisted bikini than Taylor Swift! The singer doesn’t go out in bikinis very often, but when she does, people notice.

The “Look What You Made Me Do” singer has maintained a low profile about her body image during her time in the spotlight. But as she’s grown up and gained notoriety, she has been open about facing obstacles.

Regarding her Netflix Miss Americana documentary, Taylor said to Variety in January 2022, “I didn’t know if I was going to feel comfortable with talking about body image and talking about the stuff I’ve gone through in terms of how unhealthy that’s been for me — my relationship with food and all that over the years.” But the plot makes perfect sense when told by the film’s director, Lana Wilson. 

I could say a lot more about this topic than I do, but there are a lot of other individuals who are better speakers than me. I only have personal experience, though. And I approached my relationship with food using the same psychology I did everything else in my life: I saw a pat on the head as a positive reinforcement. If I received a penalty, I considered it to be wrong.

The “Lavender Haze” singer has also given her followers inspirational sayings on growing up over the years. Taylor shared some of the lessons she has learnt before turning 30 when she appeared on the cover of Elle magazine in March 2019.
