In the celebrity-studded neighborhood, the inventor of Fenty Beauty had two adjacent properties.
The singer of the hit song “We Found Love,” who is presently expecting her second child with rapper A$AP Rocky, sold the four-bedroom, five-bathroom home to celebrity agent Tracey Jacobs for $10.3 million. Jacobs has worked with actors like Johnny Depp and Gwyneth Paltrow.
The 1930s house has a two-story main house, a guest apartment on top of a separate two-car garage, a long gated driveway, and up to eight parking spaces for visitors.
It was recently updated, with light décor throughout and opulent features include a master bedroom with a spa-style shower, a swimming pool with poolside cabana, and a half-size basketball court. Rihanna purchased it for $10 million in 2021.
The 35-year-old continues to reside in the $14 million home next door with her partner and their 1-year-old kid RZA despite having sold the multi-million dollar estate.
Rihanna purchased the 7,600-square-foot mansion in 2021 and has previously offered fans a glimpse inside the family home on Instagram. The house features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
But in March, a man was discovered on the property intending to pop the question to the singer, disturbing her tranquil haven.
According to The Daily Mail, the man was handcuffed and put in a squad car after Rihanna’s security team alerted the police. He wasn’t charged, though, because it was determined that he hadn’t breached any laws.
The multi-talented celebrity, who is thought to be worth $1.4 billion, also owns two penthouse residences in Century City’s The Century building, one of which was formerly occupied by Friends alum Matthew Perry.
The lavish apartment, which is located on the full 40th story of the Century building and measures a massive 9,300 square feet, cost Rihanna $21 million. It features four balconies, four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a large living area.
A $22 million beachfront villa in the mother-of-one’s native Barbados is also included in her property portfolio. She also previously resided in a Spanish-style villa in West Hollywood, which she purchased in 2017 and offered for sale just months afterwards.
